Having never been a parent, I have to confess this question is outside my area of expertise. The best I can suggest is to take a look at the toilet training related sites in this blog, and to redirect this question to a number of additional sources (including online ones) to see what they might suggest.

Best of luck with this issue!

My twenty-month-old girl take their diapers off most of the time -- they even get into their soiled diapers and get it around the living room. Everyone keeps informing me to potty train them now, trouble is my baby isn't really talking. How can I instruct when my baby cannot tell me when it's toilet time? any suggestioms orhelp?
