It seems that diabetes type II can be permanently put into remission through diet, etc. And there are some people who think that type I might be treatable, because they believe that the Beta cells aren’t dead. No one knows for sure until they do the relevant experiments. Of course, currently there is no standard cure available for type I, but in the future, even if the Beta Cells turn out to be dead, perhaps stem cells will solve the problem.

the standard for diabetes is Metformin but i also try to use alternative medicine in controlling diabetes. Alpha Lipoic Acid and Charantia seems to work well too against diabetes.
